Our large mealworms are approximately 1" in length. This size makes them a convenient feeder for a variety of small reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates, such as subadult leopard geckos, young bearded dragons, small skinks, frogs, toads, scorpions, and tarantulas. Mealworms should always be lightly dusted with calcium powder prior to feeding.

Mealworms should be kept refrigerated between 42 and 50 degrees. They will become dormant and stay in perfect condition for up to 30 days.
